Ebené Givan

Founder, Board President

In 2021, Ebené Givan established Mike's Mission, Inc. (MMI) following the tragic loss of her 15-year-old nephew to suicide. Serving as the President of the Board of Directors, she channels her grief into purpose, leveraging her creative flair for communication and conflict mediation. With a wealth of experience in program development, leadership, and engaging with families and children, she brings invaluable insight and dedication to the Board of Directors.

Her Story

In 2021, Ebene Givan founded Mike’s Mission, Inc. (MMI) following the tragic loss of her 15-year-old nephew to suicide. As President of the Board of Directors, she channels her passion for communication and conflict mediation, bringing extensive experience in program development, leadership, and engaging with families and children.

In addition to her board responsibilities, Ms. Givan plays a key role in developing trainings, workshops, and activities, as well as assisting with program development and implementation. Currently serving as Senior Development Specialist for American Intercontinental University, she supports administrators and faculty in achieving their personal and professional goals. Ms. Givan is also a conflict mediator, Certified Crisis Specialist, and holds certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Customer Experience (CX), and an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner.
