As the owner and operator of Rock Region Consulting Firm, she specializes in guiding corporations through tactical planning, onboarding, and employee placement strategies. Gina's comprehensive involvement in the organization extends to various opportunities, with a primary focus on the Nominating Committee, where she plays a pivotal role in recruiting both the Board of Directors and general board members.

Her skill set includes critical thinking, networking, and strategic planning, allowing her to identify and capitalize on key opportunities for the organization's growth.
